We are stewarding 66 acres of wooded property with trails, forest, fields, and streams in the lush green mountains of unceded Abenaki land in Fletcher, Vermont. We offer short term (1-week to 3 weeks) and long term (1 month to 2 month) residencies. You may stay in the Dream House, Yurt, tent platform, or camping in the field. Our residency is meant to inspire you, offer a place to rest, and support creativity surrounded by nature. Artists, writers, think-tanks, educators and learners, farmers and community activists, and culture workers are invited to apply.
Please contact us to find out how our creative residence may contribute to your goals.
We are a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, multi-generational collective of creatives, educators, and farmers with a shared vision of creating a community based on democratic principles and a shared vision. We believe in sustainable living through regenerative agriculture, community outreach, education, and inclusivity.
